Today, Sandusky is a revitalized, waterfront city that’s proud of its past and even more excited about its future. In fact, we were named America’s Best Coastal Small Town by USA Today — and we’ve been living up to the title ever since.

Most of the events during Tommy Boy Fest take place on Jackson Street Pier and Columbus Avenue — two public spaces in the heart of downtown that have undergone major transformations in recent years. These areas now feature pedestrian-friendly streets, lakefront views, new parks, outdoor dining, live music spaces, and places to hang out well into the evening. Our downtown has had a major glow-up, and we can’t wait for you to see it.

Whether you’re staying for the weekend or just stopping by, we hope you take some time to explore. Visit the Lake Erie Islands, stop by a local brewery or shop, check out the museums, or spend a day at Cedar Point — the world-famous amusement park that calls Sandusky home.
